What is TopReview Pro?
TopReview Pro is a review management software that helps restaurants and local businesses get more 5-star Google reviews. It works by letting customers rate their experience privately — happy customers (4–5 stars) are redirected to Google, while unhappy customers (1–3 stars) submit private feedback visible only to management.
Does it work for businesses other than restaurants?
Yes! TopReview Pro works for any local business that wants more Google reviews — restaurants, hotels, salons, dental offices, auto shops, gyms, and more. Any business with a Google Business Profile can benefit.
What platforms does it support?
TopReview Pro currently supports Google Reviews, Tripadvisor, and Instagram. You can choose which platforms to show your customers based on what matters most for your business.
How It Works
How does review gating work?
When a customer scans your QR code, they see a private star rating screen. If they select 4 or 5 stars, they're instantly redirected to your Google or Tripadvisor review page. If they select 1–3 stars, they're shown a private feedback form. This means only your best reviews go public, while complaints are handled privately.
Is review gating legal?
TopReview Pro provides a private rating experience before directing customers. We do not suppress or delete any public reviews. We simply give customers a choice in how they share feedback. All reviews left on Google are genuine and voluntary.
How do customers use it?
Customers simply scan a QR code with their smartphone camera (no app needed). They rate their experience 1–5 stars, and the system handles the rest automatically. The entire process takes less than 60 seconds.
What happens with negative feedback?
Negative feedback (1–3 stars) is captured in a private form that goes directly to management. You get instant alerts via Email or WhatsApp so you can respond quickly. This feedback never appears publicly on Google — it stays between you and the customer.

Your QR code is automatically generated when your account is created. You can download it from your dashboard in high-resolution PNG format, ready for printing on table cards, receipts, or menus.
