TopReview Pro is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) tool designed to help businesses collect customer feedback and direct satisfied customers to leave public reviews. We do not guarantee specific review volume or ratings.
You agree to use the service in compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, rules, and regulations. You are solely responsible for the content of your communications with your customers.
Our services are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring, periodic basis. If you choose to cancel, you must do so before the next billing cycle to avoid further charges.
Our service is provided "as is" and "as available". We disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
In no event shall TopReview Pro, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
